The design, living and interior decoration expert will be making her presence heard in La Quinta as her and KB homes team up to introduce the new plan. For starters, Martha Stewart and Steve Ruffner, president of KB Home's Southern California Division, will be hosting the event held on November 9. During this event, the two will announce the details for the new adult community exclusively for people of ages 55+ and above.
